Return and Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! 

All items are FINAL SALE unless arrived damaged/defective or you have received the wrong item(s). If eligible the product may be returned for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

(returns will be accepted case-by-case; your experience shopping with Curaeted Crystals is a top priority and we want you satisfied!)

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have original tags and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return along with clear photos of the item(s) within 7 days of delivery.
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

• We are not responsible for the loss of a package once it is in care of the shipping courier.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing order purchase.
